High Performance Block Pavement Sealers

Blocseal is the name of a range of block paving joint sealers which provide effective consolidation of sand jointing material together with protection and enhancement of the block surface itself. Blocseal is manufactured in various grades to meet differing performance and price points, in both matt and gloss finishes. Its low viscosity ensures rapid penetration into sand joints. Once cured, it bonds the sand joints, coats and protects the block surface and inhibits weed growth.

The highest performing product is Blocseal Ultra. Based on moisture-curing polyurethane resin technology, Blocseal Ultra provides highly durable and long lasting joint bonding properties. Available in matt or gloss variants, Blocseal Ultra is the ultimate performer.

Blocseal Pro is based on acrylic resin technology. A cost-effective solution, whilst not having the longevity of Blocseal Ultra, Blocseal Pro provides durable joint bonding at a lower cost per treatment. Periodic reapplication is required to maintain performance. Blocseal Pro is available in gloss, matt and rejuvenator variants.
