Surface Regulator is a unique two-pack, polyurethane hybrid system capable of filling and regulating textured, porous, cracked and lightly damaged surfaces prior to overlayment with thermosetting resins. Surface Regulator was specifically designed for use as a surface pre-treatment prior to overlayment with resin bonded stone.

Surface Regulator regulates and smooths surface irregularities, it helps to maintain the required film thickness of the applied resin and greatly speeds application. It also prevents the bonding resin from draining into the substrate, thereby maintaining stone anchorage and preventing early failure. Surface Regulator is an excellent self-priming repair medium that can easily and quickly make a blemish-free surface suitable for resin overlayment.
